Cattolica Aquarium is the most important aquarium on the Adriatic. 2,500,000 litres of seawater are home to over 3,000 specimens of 400 different species. This is a magical place where nature shows itself in all its beauty, but is still great fun thanks to 4 fantastic indoor itineraries which make the aquarium the ideal place to visit on both hot, sunny days and rainy days. The aquarium’s rich and diversified offer means that adults and children alike will enjoy this wonderful experience.

Otters and caimans
Young caimans and otters, the cutest and most playful mammals on the planet. The Yellow Itinerary thus becomes one of the key itineraries at Cattolica Aquarium thanks to two extremely important tanks that will continue to surprise and delight visitors of all ages. The new tanks are part of the mission Cattolica Aquarium has set itself; indeed, the aquarium is committed to informing and educating the general public regarding the preservation and responsible management and use of aquatic environments by raising awareness and studying animal species and their natural habitats.

 Furthermore, the “Face-to-Face with Sharks” experience offers visitors the exclusive possibility to dive in the shark tank in complete safety.
