Taste and food culture exhibition
Golosaria is a cultural and food fair that puts a spotlight on the best Italian food producers selected from the book “Il Golosario” written by Paolo Massobrio.
This year, Riccione hosts for the first time this big culinary event to showcase Italian gastronomic delights.
The most important characters in the fair will be ice cream, extra virgin olive oil typical of the Rimini area, sauces, cheeses, charcuterie, homemade desserts, beer, and wines in the unique setting of the Palazzo dei Congressi.
There will be also shows, lessons and demonstrations about dedicated to Italian food and culture during Golosaria, with national chef and opinion leaders, to talk about the gastronomic delights and the land connection.
