    Recipe for seafood tagliolini

    ingredients for 4 people

    • 500 g of tagliolini (see preparation for tagliatelle) or spaghetti
    • 200 g of mussels
    • 200 g of clams
    • 5 prawns
    • 5 king prawns
    • 150 g of tellins
    • 4 spoons of extra-virgin olive oil
    • 4 cloves of garlic
    • a pinch of chilli pepper
    • 1 glass of dry white wine
    • parsley to taste

    clean and wash all the shellfish thoroughly. Sauté the garlic, chilli pepper and all the seafood in the olive oil and pour over the white wine. Cook the pasta until al dente, drain and toss in the seafood for a few minutes before serving. Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley and serve.
